Privacy Policy
extrabonus is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every player who uses our platform. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights available to you as a data subject.
How We Protect Your Data
Six core commitments govern how extrabonus handles your personal information. These are not aspirational statements — they are operational policies enforced across our platform, payment systems, and support teams.
Data Minimisation
We collect only the personal data that is strictly necessary for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and service delivery. We do not collect data speculatively or for unrelated commercial purposes.
256-Bit Encryption
All data transmissions between your device and extrabonus servers are encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. Your credentials and payment details are never stored in plain text.
No Third-Party Data Sales
extrabonus does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for commercial purposes. Data is shared only with essential service providers (payment processors, KYC verification services) under strict data processing agreements.
Purpose Limitation
Personal data collected for account registration is not repurposed for unrelated marketing. Data collected for KYC is used exclusively for identity verification and regulatory compliance, not for profiling.
Your Rights, Respected
You have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. Requests are handled by our Data Protection team within 30 days. See Section 8 for the full list of your data rights.
Defined Retention Periods
Personal data is not held indefinitely. Account data is retained for the duration of your active account plus a defined regulatory retention period. Data no longer required is securely deleted or anonymised.
